As of 23/10/2013, squadrons will no longer be ran by Commissioned Officers. I have realized our clan is going too indepth to real-life, and this clan has a background from a different planet.
For now on, Non-commissioned Officers (NCO)s will be commandant of squadrons. For the Commissioned Officers, they will be given jobs. Some inactive officers (Will not be named here) will be demoted to sergeant for inactivity, and will earn the rank back by contribution.
